SWAPBURST プライバシーポリシー

合同会社コアキースタジオ（以下「当社」）は、アプリ「SWAPBURST」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

1. 当社は利用者の情報を収集しません

当社はサーバーを運用しておらず、本アプリから当社へ送信される情報はありません。当社が利用者の個人情報を受け取ることはありません。

• iPhone / iPad 版（App Store）：広告、アクセス解析、行動記録などの仕組みを一切組み込んでいません。
• Android 版（Google Play）：広告を表示するため、Google 社の広告サービス「AdMob」を組み込んでいます（第4節）。当社以外の事業者が情報を扱うのはこの広告の仕組みだけです。

2. 端末内にのみ保存される情報

本アプリは、次の情報を利用者の端末内にのみ保存します。これらが当社や第三者へ送信されることはありません。

• モードごとのベストスコア、最大連鎖数、プレイ回数
• 設定（音、振動、演出、言語、タイルの見た目）
• フル版（FULL）を解放したかどうか
• 評価のお願いを表示したかどうか

これらは本アプリを削除すると消去されます。当社はこれらを復旧する手段を持ちません。

3. Game Center（ランキング）について

iPhone / iPad 版は、Apple 社が提供する Game Center を使ってランキングを表示します（Android 版にはランキングはありません）。Game Center にサインインしている場合、スコアは Apple 社のサーバーへ送信され、Apple 社のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。当社が Game Center の利用者情報を受け取ることはありません。サインインしなくても本アプリは遊べます。

4. 広告について（Android 版のみ）

Android 版は、Google 社の AdMob を使って、リザルト画面のあとに全画面広告を表示することがあります。また、利用者が自分で選んだ場合に限り、動画広告を見て MARATHON モードを1回お試しできます。プレイ中に広告は表示しません。フル版（FULL）を購入すると、広告は表示されなくなります。

広告の表示と効果測定のため、AdMob は端末の広告 ID、IP アドレス、端末やアプリの情報などを収集し、Google 社のプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）に従って取り扱います。当社はこれらの情報を受け取りません。

• 欧州経済領域・英国・スイスなどでは、広告の前に同意の確認画面を表示します。選択は本アプリの「設定」にある「プライバシーの選択」からいつでも変更できます。
• 端末の「設定」から広告 ID をリセット・削除すると、興味・関心に基づく広告を止められます。

5. アプリ内課金について

本アプリの課金は、iPhone / iPad 版は Apple 社の App Store、Android 版は Google 社の Google Play を通じて行われます。

• クレジットカード番号などのお支払い情報は Apple 社または Google 社が取り扱い、当社が受け取ることはありません。
• 当社が受け取るのは Apple 社・Google 社からの売上の集計情報のみで、個々の利用者を特定できる情報は含まれません。
• 「フル版を解放したかどうか」の記録は、Apple 社または Google 社のアカウントと利用者の端末内に保持されます。

6. 位置情報・連絡先・写真・カメラ

本アプリはこれらを一切利用しません。

7. お子様の利用について

iPhone / iPad 版は年齢を問わずご利用いただけます。情報を収集しないため、お子様から個人情報を取得することもありません。

Android 版は広告を含むため、13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。

なお、アプリ内課金があります。意図しない購入を防ぐため、端末の「スクリーンタイム」設定などで課金の制限を設定されることをおすすめします。

8. 第三者提供

当社は利用者の情報を収集していないため、当社から第三者へ提供する情報はありません。Android 版の広告で AdMob が扱う情報は第4節のとおりです。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページに表示します。変更後の内容は、表示した時点から適用されます。

SWAPBURST Privacy Policy

Effective: September 18, 2026 / Revised: September 27, 2026 (version 1.1, added ads in the Android version)

CoreKey Studio LLC ("we") sets out below how information is handled in the app SWAPBURST ("the App").

1. We collect no personal information

We operate no servers, and the App sends no information to us. We never receive your personal information.

• iPhone / iPad version (App Store): contains no advertising, no analytics, and no behavioral tracking of any kind.
• Android version (Google Play): includes Google's AdMob advertising service to show ads (see section 4). This is the only part of the App through which a party other than us handles information.

2. Data stored only on your device

The App stores the following on your device only. None of it is transmitted to us or to any third party.

• Your best score per mode, your longest chain, and how many games you have played
• Settings (sound, vibration, effects, language, tile style)
• Whether the full version (FULL) has been unlocked
• Whether the rating prompt has been shown

This data is erased when you delete the App. We have no means of restoring it.

3. Game Center (leaderboards)

The iPhone / iPad version uses Apple's Game Center to show leaderboards (the Android version has no leaderboards). If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores are sent to Apple's servers and handled under Apple's privacy policy. We never receive any Game Center user information. The App is fully playable without signing in.

4. Advertising (Android version only)

The Android version uses Google AdMob to show a full-screen ad after a result screen from time to time. You can also choose to watch a video ad to try MARATHON mode once; nothing happens unless you choose it. Ads are never shown during play. Purchasing the full version (FULL) removes all ads.

To serve and measure ads, AdMob collects information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, and device and app information, and handles it under Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We do not receive this information.

• In the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and similar regions, a consent screen is shown before ads. You can change your choice at any time from "Privacy choices" in the App's Settings.
• You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings to stop interest-based ads.

5. In-app purchase

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store (iPhone / iPad) or by Google through Google Play (Android).

• Payment details such as card numbers are handled by Apple or Google and are never received by us.
• We receive only aggregated sales reports from Apple and Google, which contain nothing that identifies an individual user.
• The record of whether you unlocked the full version is held by your Apple or Google account and on your device.

6. Location, contacts, photos, camera

The App uses none of these.

7. Children

The iPhone / iPad version may be used at any age. Because it collects no information, we do not obtain personal information from children either.

Because the Android version contains ads, it is not directed at children under 13.

The App does offer an in-app purchase. To prevent unintended purchases, we recommend restricting purchases via your device's Screen Time settings.

8. Disclosure to third parties

Because we collect no user information, there is nothing for us to disclose to third parties. Information handled by AdMob in the Android version is described in section 4.

9. Changes to this policy

Any change to this policy will be posted on this page and applies from the moment it is posted.
