SWAPBURST プライバシーポリシー

合同会社コアキースタジオ（以下「当社」）は、アプリ「SWAPBURST」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

1. 当社は利用者の情報を収集しません

本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を一切収集しません。当社はサーバーを運用しておらず、本アプリから当社へ送信される情報はありません。

本アプリには、広告、アクセス解析、行動記録などの仕組みを一切組み込んでいません。

2. 端末内にのみ保存される情報

本アプリは、次の情報を利用者の端末内にのみ保存します。これらが当社や第三者へ送信されることはありません。

• モードごとのベストスコア、最大連鎖数、プレイ回数
• 設定（音、振動、演出、言語、タイルの見た目）
• フル版（FULL）を解放したかどうか
• 評価のお願いを表示したかどうか

これらは本アプリを削除すると消去されます。当社はこれらを復旧する手段を持ちません。

3. Game Center（ランキング）について

本アプリは、Apple 社が提供する Game Center を使ってランキングを表示します。Game Center にサインインしている場合、スコアは Apple 社のサーバーへ送信され、Apple 社のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。当社が Game Center の利用者情報を受け取ることはありません。サインインしなくても本アプリは遊べます。

4. アプリ内課金について

本アプリの課金は、すべて Apple 社の App Store を通じて行われます。

• クレジットカード番号などのお支払い情報は Apple 社が取り扱い、当社が受け取ることはありません。
• 当社が受け取るのは Apple 社からの売上の集計情報のみで、個々の利用者を特定できる情報は含まれません。
• 「フル版を解放したかどうか」の記録は、Apple 社のアカウントと利用者の端末内に保持されます。

5. 位置情報・連絡先・写真・カメラ

本アプリはこれらを一切利用しません。

6. お子様の利用について

本アプリは年齢を問わずご利用いただけます。情報を収集しないため、お子様から個人情報を取得することもありません。

なお、アプリ内課金があります。意図しない購入を防ぐため、端末の「スクリーンタイム」設定などで課金の制限を設定されることをおすすめします。

7. 第三者提供

当社は利用者の情報を収集していないため、第三者へ提供する情報はありません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページに表示します。変更後の内容は、表示した時点から適用されます。

SWAPBURST Privacy Policy

Effective: September 18, 2026 (version 1.0)

CoreKey Studio LLC ("we") sets out below how information is handled in the app SWAPBURST ("the App").

1. We collect no personal information

The App collects no personal information. We operate no servers, and the App sends no information to us.

The App contains no advertising, no analytics, and no behavioral tracking of any kind.

2. Data stored only on your device

The App stores the following on your device only. None of it is transmitted to us or to any third party.

• Your best score per mode, your longest chain, and how many games you have played
• Settings (sound, vibration, effects, language, tile style)
• Whether the full version (FULL) has been unlocked
• Whether the rating prompt has been shown

This data is erased when you delete the App. We have no means of restoring it.

3. Game Center (leaderboards)

The App uses Apple's Game Center to show leaderboards. If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores are sent to Apple's servers and handled under Apple's privacy policy. We never receive any Game Center user information. The App is fully playable without signing in.

4. In-app purchase

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

• Payment details such as card numbers are handled by Apple and are never received by us.
• We receive only aggregated sales reports from Apple, which contain nothing that identifies an individual user.
• The record of whether you unlocked the full version is held by your Apple account and on your device.

5. Location, contacts, photos, camera

The App uses none of these.

6. Children

The App may be used at any age. Because we collect no information, we do not obtain personal information from children either.

The App does offer an in-app purchase. To prevent unintended purchases, we recommend restricting purchases via your device's Screen Time settings.

7. Disclosure to third parties

Because we collect no user information, there is nothing for us to disclose to third parties.

8. Changes to this policy

Any change to this policy will be posted on this page and applies from the moment it is posted.
